Staff Catering

Catering

The festival provides meals for a number of volunteers and key staff members covering the site build phase, festival week and post festival. We are inviting quotes from catering providers to serve lunch and evening meals each day together with a 3rd late night meal for the de-rig staff on the Saturday night of festival week.

We require a total of 610 meals covering a period from lunchtime on Monday the 16th of July 2018 through to the evening meal on Wednesday the 25th of July 2018. Each meal consists of a single course.

All food supplied should be locally sourced where possible. All servery disposables, e.g. plates and cutlery must be made of compostable materials, e.g. Vegware.

We will provide a canteen area and you should have staff on site to dispense meals and clear up afterwards.

Please consider that menus should include a vegetarian option at each meal which we can refine later in the process.

If you would be interested in providing us with a quote, please get in touch and we can outline the specific requirements – deadline to register your interest is Friday the 2nd of March 2018.

Deadline for quotes is 12 noon on Friday the 30th of March 2018 and the contract will awarded to successful applicant on Friday the 20th of April 2018.
