Survival Sessions Workshops

HebCelt and Lews Castle College UHI are extremely excited to be continuing their partnership for HebCelt's 2021 virtual event. We are delighted to be working together to celebrate culture and Heritage of the Outer Hebrides through our music and Gaelic language.

LCC UHI have been delivering Music and Gaelic courses from the Outer Hebrides for decades and their award winning staff have come together to create a unique programme of events for the Survival Sessions.

Returning are our hugely popular Gaelic language taster classes, where you can work with expert teachers to learn some useful Gaelic phrases.  In addition, we have a series of workshops, taught in Gaelic, exploring traditional Gaelic Songs with local musicians such as Kathleen MacInnes and Anna Murray, and learning about Gaelic psalm-singing and storytelling.

All content will be live online and links will be forwarded in due course after purchase.
