Greening the Site & Bar Tokens
On-site Waste Management
All drinks will be served in cornstarch glasses, which are compostible. There will be several waste collection areas located around the main site. In order to keep the castle green tidy we would ask that every effort is made to dispose of all your waste in a responsible manner in the designated areas.
Bar Token Information
Please note that like many festival the Hebridean Celtic Festival main bar will be operating on a token only basis, i.e. no cash. This should speed up the queuing process.
Tokens will be available from the festival office during festival week and at two token stalls on the main site throughout the evening. There are two denominations of token: 1 unit and 3 units. The bar will provide change in tokens if required. Prices will be as follows:

| Wine 250ml | - 3 units (1 big token) |
| Cider 330ml | - 3 units (1 big token) |
| Spirit + mixer 25ml | - 2 units (2 small tokens) |
| Soft drink | - 1 unit (1 small token) |
Tokens can be used on each of the evenings though are non-refundable. At the end of the festival, any unspent tokens can be donated to this year's nominated charity, Macmillan Nurses who will be onsite to make collections at the end of each evening.
